The Bemidji Parks and Recreation Department will host a free preschool yoga club on Wednesday, Dec. 11, from 10 to 10:30 a.m. at the Historic Carnegie Library, located at 426 Bemidji Ave. N.
The session will introduce young children and their caregivers to yoga, including activities such as breathing exercises, poses, games, and meditation, according to a department release.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and come ready to enjoy the session.
